Breakfast: After some aerobic yoga this morning, I made myself a green smoothie with kale, blueberries, pineapple, bananas, and vanilla almond milk.
Lunch: a toasted herb/garlic bagel with spicy hummus, cucumbers, mustard, black pepper, and some crushed red pepper flakes.
Also, I’ve been nibbling on berries on and off. ;)
It’s been a very good food day, thus far. :)
