Breakfast: Was in a rush because my mom needed me to run an errand for her, so I just ended up having some iced green tea on the go.

Lunch: Leftover curry lentil soup, with grain/seed-filled toast. Also, took my vitamins.

Dinner: Corn, smashed/baked potatoes with olive oil and herbs, and baked tofu with a mild, but flavorful, peanut sauce.

Dessert: Vegan apple pie.

Did yoga before bed.

Dinner: I am in Wenatchee, visiting my family for the weekend, and when I arrived, my mom had a hot pot of vegetable/curry lentil soup, plus toasted bread, waiting. Now, that’s love! ^.^ ❤
