Breakfast: Was in a rush because my mom needed me to run an errand for her, so I just ended up having some iced green tea on the go.
Lunch: Leftover curry lentil soup, with grain/seed-filled toast. Also, took my vitamins.
Dinner: Corn, smashed/baked potatoes with olive oil and herbs, and baked tofu with a mild, but flavorful, peanut sauce.
Dessert: Vegan apple pie.
Did yoga before bed.
